Meet the team from Tri-State Windows, Siding & Roofing!

ANDREW J. SALLEE
President

Andy knows the Home Improvement Business from the ground up, having worked on every phase of home improvements that you can imagine. Since graduating from high school at the age of 17, he has worked 17 years in every phase of the Home Improvement Industry.

Andy created Tri-State Siding and Windows in the spring of 2000 with the goal of providing the people of the Quad Cities and surrounding area with a company that actually cares about them and about their homes. Along with maintaining satisfied customers, Andy has always worked to make Tri-State Windows Siding and Roofing the largest and most respected Home Improvement company in the Quad Cities.

To do this, he keeps current on upcoming products and innovations. He negotiates with contractors, suppliers and vendors to maintain strict quality controls and obtain the very best pricing. Andy has overseen thousands of remodeling jobs and has personally sold over $10 million dollars worth of successful home improvement projects. This experience gives him a great understanding of both production and installation requirements, as well as insight into the energy conservation needed in today's environment. Andy's expertise and enthusiasm for the Home Improvement business help him to keep his employees driven, focused and satisfied, so that they can pass this satisfaction on to the customer.

If you need replacement windows, siding or roofing, Andrew and his team work together to make every home improvement project a success. "We actually care," is Andy's personal commitment.

Andy grew up in Colona, Illinois. He enjoys traveling and playing golf, but also loves to do more adventurous activities, such as scuba diving, flying and sky diving. Andrew also has a softer side, participating in a non-denominational church and being a member of Big Brothers/ Big Sisters, local Chamber of Commerce, Make A Wish Foundation, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, Children’s Advocacy Center and the HAVlife Foundation.

DANA WATKINS
Operations Director

Dana has strong customer skills, which she has developed over the ten years she has worked in the construction industry. During her six years at Tri-State, she has continually strived to improve and master the skills required to assist in making each customer project a success. Tri-State’s business has thrived, due to her dedication and the importance she gives to good relationships with her customers. Dana believes strongly in the importance of living by the Golden Rule and takes personal ownership of the needs of customers and employees. She feels that Tri-State Siding and Windows stands out as a top Home Improvement business due to the attention they give to detail and how their team works to build continual, positive relationships with their clients.

"I do my job as though Tri-State is my business and I run it the way I would want my business run," she says.

Dana lives in the Quad Cities with her husband and two dogs. Along with her soft spot for animals, she enjoys reading, travel, and spending time with family and friends. Dana is a very organized and efficient person who, because of the many hats she wears at Tri-state Siding and Windows, manages to keep everything (and everyone) running smoothly on schedule.

MARY BETH BICE
Customer Relations

Mary Beth comes by her diplomacy and public relations skills honestly: raised with eight brothers and five sisters, she learned early the value of teamwork and listening. She has been married for over 30 years and has three children of her own. Her easy-going personality makes her a favorite of both the staff of Tri-State Windows, Siding & Roofing and the folks who call in to talk with us.

You can find Mary Beth spending time with her close friends or enjoying time with her grandchildren when she’s not at the office. She will also admit to a fondness for reading on her Kindle!

HANK THE SQUIRREL
Spokes-squirrel and Tri-State Windows, Siding & Roofing Ambassador

When the job calls for detail and “paws on” inspection, we rely on Hank. His ability to scale soffits, peek into crannies and scramble to great heights helps Andy to get the job done.  A life-long vegetarian, Hank enjoys scampering up and down trees, balancing on cables and hiding his food in Dana’s flowerpots!

He loves being part of the Tri-State Team. Stop by our comfy “front room” at our offices and see if you can’t catch a glimpse of him.

This foundation adds to his skills in our sales department, because he is able to quickly assess and resolve concerns. His hometown is Rock Island, where he lives with his family. An interesting side note about Patrick: he has lived all across the country working as a pro wrestler for 10 years.

DOUG CONKLIN
Sales

A native from Davenport, Iowa, Doug started his career as a firefighter/paramedic. This experience in the fire services (as well as having personally lost his home twice to flooding) has given him a great deal of empathy for people who want to do something special for their homes- either by desire or necessity. He has been providing home improvement services to customers for over the past 10 years when he joined the construction world, starting in the brick business.

Doug loves to travel to the Florida Keys and Tahoe (where he lived for a number of years). Doug played football for the University of Iowa and still loves playing and watching all sports. He just enjoys being outdoors!
When asked, he will tell you that his greatest accomplishment has been that he has raised four great kids!
