Meet the Team
Andrew J. Sallee
President
Andy knows the Home Improvement Business from the ground up, having worked
on every phase of home improvements that you can imagine. Since graduating from
High School at the age of 17, he has worked 14 years in every phase of the
Home Improvement Industry.
Andy created Tri-State Siding and Windows in the
spring of 2000 with the goal of providing the people of the Quad Cities and
surrounding area with a company that actually cares about them and about their
homes. Along with maintaining satisfied customers, Andy has always worked to make
Tri-State Windows Siding and Roofing the largest and best respected Home
Improvement company in the Quad Cities. To do this, he keeps current on upcoming
products and innovations. He negotiates with contractors, suppliers and vendors
to maintain strict quality controls and obtain the very best pricing. Andy has
overseen thousands of remodeling jobs and has personally sold over $8 million
dollars worth of successful home improvement projects. His experience gives
him a great understanding of both production and installation requirements, as
well as insight into the energy conservation needed in today's
environment. Andy's expertise and enthusiasm for the Home Improvement
business help him to keep his employees driven, focused and satisfied, so that they
can pass this satisfaction on to the customer. If you need replacement windows,
siding or roofing, Andrew and his team work together to make every home
improvement project a success. "We actually care." is Andy's personal commitment.
Andy grew up in Colona, Illinois. He enjoys traveling and playing golf, but
also loves to do more adventurous activities, such as scuba diving, flying and
sky diving. Andrew also has a softer side, participating in a
non-denominational church and being a member of Big Brothers/ Big Sisters.
Heath Allison
Production Manager
Heath has been in the window business for 9 years and began his training with, at the time, one of QC's best. He has been working with Tri-State customers for the last 3 years, and is known for his honesty and his smile. Heath is highly skilled in the installation, trim work and caulking necessary for a good window project, but also provides customer service for all aspects of window installation.
Heath considers the customer's happiness his top priority. Customer service is a key concern of his and his goal is "to make everyone satisfied and comfortable with the Home Improvement Experience." Heath is happy to be a part of a fast growing company, like Tri-State, because he knows that he and the rest of the company stand by their work and put the customer's needs above everything else.
Heath is from Davenport where he lives with his family including his two kids. He enjoys attending church, fishing, camping, and riding his Harley.
Dana Watkins
Office Manager/Operations Director
Dana has strong customer skills, which she has developed over the ten years she has worked in the construction industry. During her four years at Tri-State, she has continually strived to improve and master the skills required to assist in making each customer project a success. Both Tri-State and Dana's beauty consulting business have thrived, due to her dedication and the importance she gives to good relationships with her customers. Dana believes strongly in the importance of living by the Golden Rule and takes personal ownership of the needs of customers and employees. She feels that Tri-State Siding and Windows stands out as a top Home Improvement business, due to the attention they give to detail and how their team works to build continual, positive relationships with their clients. "I do my job as though Tri-State is my business and I run it the way I would want my business run."
Dana is from Moline, where she lives with her husband and two dogs. Along with her soft spot for animals, she enjoys reading, travel, and spending time with family and friends. Dana is a very organized and efficient person who, along with the many hats she wears at Tri-state Siding and Windows, manages to run a successful beauty consulting business.
Jason Nissen
Sales Manager
Jason has been with Tri-State since 2004 and has 14 years of sales experience, dealing with both residential and commercial customers. His goal is to provide the best service possible to the homeowners he serves. In order to do this, Jason makes sure that he is selling the best possible products with the most reliable warranties. He also trains his salemen to be honest and to treat people how they would wish to be treated to provide his clients with total piece of mind. Jason is sure that it is this kind of dedication and reliability, along with Tri-State's high quality products, that cause their satisfied customers to send so many referrals their way. "We actually care about the homeowner’s wants and needs: Total customer satisfaction, from A to Z!"
Jason is from a large family and grew up in Davenport, Iowa. He enjoys spending time with his 10 year-old son, family and friends, playing sports and traveling.
Terry Campbell
Salesman
Terry's 17 years in the Home Improvement business and his personal investment in the company translate into an expert personal touch and caring attitude for the homeowner's he looks after. He cares enough to give all of his customers his personal phone number so that they can contact him any time.
Terry's biggist concern is to meet the needs of his customers. He makes sure to provide what his clients want and need; what looks good and is the best product for their home at the best value and cost. Terry's goal is to be the best he can be. Therefore, he ensures that every step, from the first visit to the last is done right, whether a client buys from Tri-State or not. Terry does not just show his customers home improvement products, but actually shows them how money can be saved in the long term. He knows that the home is the biggest investment, after children, so home improvements need to be done right the first time. "We are a cut above because we treat each house and customer like it was our own house and family."
Terry is from Ottumwa, Iowa. Terry has more than just a professional interest in Tri-State Siding and Windows. One of his sons owns Tri-State and another is a Tri-State salesman.
Steve Nissen
Salesman
Steve is from Davenport, Iowa, where he lives with his family. Steve has a great deal of experience in the roofing industry and has worked at Tri-State Siding and Windows for five years. He has set great goals for himself and wants to be the top salesman in 2008, so he makes sure that he is knowledgable and experienced in every aspect of the job, materials and products. Steve knows that he is good at dealing with customers and their needs and is able to offer them great products. "We offer much better warranties than other contractors and we care about our customers."
Dallas Sallee
Customer Service and Sales
Dallas, one of Andy's brothers, has been working in the Tri-State office and with Customer Service for 7 years. He is now finishing his sales training to work in the field.
